Refund Policy

1. Overview

ilean is an educational entertainment subscription service providing digital relationship content. Because our content is delivered digitally upon purchase, refunds are not automatic — but we believe in customer satisfaction.

2. First Payment Refund

Refund requests are reviewed according to our Refund Policy and applicable law. To request a refund, email support@ilean.app with your account email and reason. We will process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Subsequent Payments

Refunds on subsequent billing cycles are at our discretion. We encourage you to cancel if you no longer wish to continue.

4. Introductory Period Fees

The introductory period fee is non-refundable once the introductory period has expired. After you cancel, no further charges will be made.

5. How to Request

Email support@ilean.app with subject line "Refund Request" and your account email. We reply within 24 hours.
