Getting Started
ilean is an educational entertainment platform with daily relationship and productivity tools for couples. We offer daily tasks, conversation prompts, guided programs, and an AI assistant. ilean is not therapy — it's a structured daily practice for couples who want to grow together.
Choose a plan on our Start page, enter your email, and complete secure checkout. You'll receive a login link by email with full access immediately.
One subscription covers your relationship. You can use ilean individually, share tasks with your partner, or explore together — however fits your routine.
ilean works on any device with a modern web browser — iPhone, Android, desktop, tablet. No app download required.
Billing & Subscriptions
A plan may start with an introductory period. Its price and length, and the renewal price and period, are shown on the payment screen before you buy. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Cancellation is available from your account settings.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
If you see a charge from ilean, it's because an active subscription renewed. Check your plan at Manage Subscription. If you believe the charge is in error, email support@ilean.app — we'll resolve it immediately.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel via Manage Subscription or email support@ilean.app. We process cancellations within 24 hours. You keep access until the end of your current paid period.
Refund requests are reviewed according to our Refund Policy and applicable law. Email support@ilean.app and we'll take care of it. See our Refund Policy for details.
