ilean is an educational entertainment platform. The content provided — including check-ins, conversation prompts, and exercises — is for informational and entertainment purposes only. ilean is not a substitute for professional relationship counselling, therapy, or mental health services. Nothing on this platform constitutes professional advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using ilean, you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@ilean.app if you become aware of any unauthorised use.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Access to ilean requires a paid subscription. All billing is governed by our Billing Terms. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Service; (c) share account access with third parties outside your couple relationship; (d) use the Service to harm, harass, or intimidate others.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on ilean is owned by or licensed to BERKANA INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANTS L.L.C. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or that any outcomes (relationship improvements, communication changes) will result from use of the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BERKANA INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANTS L.L.C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email.
